
ABOUT GEORGIA
I became a Certified Personal Trainer because of my passion for how a healthy lifestyle and consistent exercise can enhance lives. Exercise has been a part of my life for 20 years and enhanced my life in many ways. I want to pass that feeling on to anyone who is serious about improving his or her health. My clients follow custom programs to lose weight, increase strength, improve posture, and experience many other benefits.
There is no downside to exercise and good nutrition, unless of course you are training improperly (which won’t happen under my watch). A well-designed exercise program promotes weight management, increases metabolism, increases strength, and provides a myriad of other health benefits.
I am here to guide you through that process and help you adopt a program tailored to your needs and goals. My goal is to provide you with the tools and motivation you need to realize the benefits of a healthy regimen so that you can maintain one on your own.

Individual Training
Everyone has a different set of fitness goals. For some, weight loss is the
focus, while others may be seeking improvements in muscle tone, strength,
endurance, mobility, or stability.
One-on-one training focuses on you and your personal set of goals. Individual training customizes your sessions to help you reach those goals, while also taking into consideration any injuries or muscular imbalances you may be experiencing.
Sessions will reinforce your strengths while working to improve your weaknesses. Your programs will challenge you, but also ensure that you are executing exercises correctly and safely as you progress towards your fitness objectives.
Partner Training
What better way to get fit than with a friend or family member who shares
your fitness goals? Together, you will encourage and challenge each other. Your workout buddy will help you push out those extra reps or help you maintain the intensity of your intervals. The healthy competition
between you and your partner will improve your performance.
Most importantly, your accountability to your partner will increase your commitment and your consistency, which, in turn, will help you reach your goals sooner rather than later.

Fit is not turning you into the model, starlet, or athlete you covet on magazine covers or television shows. Fit is about making the most of your body with the right exercise and nutritional habits that will get you looking and feeling great. Fit is not about comparing yourself to anyone else; Fit is about your own progress.
There is only one recipe for this journey, and it calls for hard work, consistency, and discipline. That might not be a recipe people are tempted to try, but if you know that it will improve your health, prolong your life, and make you look good and feel better, don't you think the effort is worth it?
