FEES
Whether you choose individual or partner training, you will have a solid support system in me. You will always be greeted enthusiastically and with a smile. One of my goals is teach you enough to so that you can confidently train outside our training sessions. I will also encourage you to modify your meals so that they align with your exercise program and your fitness objectives.
Individual single session, once weekly $90 per session
Individual sessions, twice weekly $70 per session

Partner training sessions:
Once weekly $100 per session ($50 each)
Twice weekly $90 per session ($45 each)

All sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes. A 15-minute block of time will also be allotted for a pre-workout warm-up and stretch. Sessions or packages will be paid at the beginning of your training period. If a cancellation is made, you have one week to make up the missed session (a longer extension will be allowed if cancellations arise due to emergencies or extended vacations). Same day cancellations will be billed at 50% of your session fee.
